Not much has changed

Here it is several years later and as far as food goes, not much has changed. For one year I trained for a marathon. I did it! I ran a marathon, As far as weight goes I got down 255 but that was really it.

During the training I hurt my knee. As soon as the marathon was over I stopped running and kept eating. As life went on, I put all the weight and then some back on. When I started by marathon training I was 280 and as of May 11, 2013 I was back up to 301.

Errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

On May 13, I started following the Joe Cross Reboot program. I started with 3 day cleanse as provided through the Dr. Oz show. The first week was horrible! Short tempered, headaches, but oddly even cravings went away after day 3 or 4.

Today is Day 9. Down to 291.

We'll see how this goes. History would say I'll fail by the end of the week and my next post will be some time in 2017!

Weight Loss

Life is filled with many challenges and for most people there is one thing they have to always battle. For me it is my weight.

This blog will allow you to go with me on my journey of fighting the weight. Some days I win and some days I lose.

As an adult I have been as high as 315 and as low as 240. Right now I am about 270.

The aim of this site is to share my journey and what I have learned or ...well not learned yet. Hope you will join me and help me win this fight.

I will share my exercise/event experiences, tips I've learned to fighting off the weight and of course helping me and you to Not Eating Everything.
